It's crazy how your brain is wired and what if feeds on.  Are you allowing your negative thoughts in?  What do you now believe about those negative thoughts?   How is it impacting you? 

In this episode, we're breaking down 

  • what you are telling yourself (the positives and negatives)
  • how it's impacting you as a caregivers 
  • why it's easy for negativity to consume our thoughts and then we believe it
  • how to switch those negative be thoughts and beliefs

It's essential to recognize that these beliefs are not necessarily accurate reflections of reality. Caregiving is a demanding role, and caregivers often neglect their own needs while providing support to others. Encouraging self-compassion, setting realistic expectations, seeking support from others, and acknowledging personal limitations can help caregivers challenge these beliefs and recognize their own efforts and value.
