Hello Cathy! My name is Sabrina and I am 32 year old caregiver of my mom out in California. I came across your podcast on the Apple podcast app in search of help and resources on this new journey of mine. I, along with my dad, have been witness to my mom's long battle with her multiple chronic illnesses and just recently have had to make significant changes since her health took a big hit this past year. She within the last few months has been solely dependent on us both and it has been a struggle/adjustment for all of us. Your podcast sheds light on what all the caregivers of the world have to go through on a daily basis. Episode 239 with Cathie Gregory was so amazing and eye opening when she explained the three "I's" of caregiving. Thank you for being an advocate for us all and making me feel seen.❤️ God bless you and your husband and have a Merry Christmas!🩷

such a nice podcast. This was the first time in several years that I've felt happy and not melancholy at Christmas. I made Christmas cookies with my grandchildren, went to my granddaughters Christmas dance recital then took a drive down the country roads to take in the Christmas lights. I feel much more at peace this year. Wishing you a blessed Christmas and prayers to Denis.

I absolutely love your podcasts, a huge thank you!! And a very Merry Christmas to you, your husband and family!! My commute to work is 5 min., so I haven’t been listening regularly. Lately I’ve been feeling a bit blue, and overwhelmed. I’ve been my mom’s caregiver for 3 years now. I do ok most days. However I’m left with a heavy heart seeing her health decline. I have just started trying to get in a daily walk. And make more time for some down time. Again, thank you for all that you share, it is greatly appreciated!! ❤️Angel

what a wonderful podcast with Katie. I'm always so moved by the stories of other caregivers journeys. We are all different but also have so many similarities. It helps us realize that we are not alone on this journey. Other takeaways are listening to how other caregivers manage their way through caregiving. I'm very excited for Katie and her upcoming movie. She was so good.

Hi Cathy, I am so grateful for your podcast. I am the primary caregiver for my mother who is a stroke survivor of 18 years and just hearing your voice and tips is so uplifting. Thank you so much for all you do 💕 Christina

Hi Cathy. I loved this episode on nighttime routine. Before becoming a caregiver I used to read every night too. It was nice to be reminded of that and I plan on putting that back into my bedtime routine along with the short notes in my journal that I try to write in every night. It was a good reminder. I feel so much better.

Hi Cathy. This podcast is one of your best. The clear honesty of your experience was so heart felt. I felt as though you were saying all the things I think and feel. I'm sure many others feel the same. Thank you for taking the time to share your heart and knowledge about caregiving. God Bless you
