Hi, Cathy. I took SOOO many notes during this episode (Why Traditional Time Management Fails Caregivers), but this quote truly hit home for me: “How caregivers get their full days - not by marathon stretches of time, but by manageable moments” Thank you for validating my frustrations (no long chunks of time, lack of control over my time) and for offering do-able strategies to acknowledge my energy level and work in ways that honor my current energy. This reminds me of some Pilates classes I took last year. One of the instructors would often give directions for the exercises by saying something like, "Move as today's body will allow." I really liked that perspective. It didn't demand that I give the same energy I gave during the previous class. It allowed me to check in with myself and adjust accordingly. Thank you for giving words to our thoughts and feelings. Thank you for sharing practical advice that respects our good intentions, while reminding us that we're human and can only do so much. Signed, a fellow human, 😊 Rosa Everson
